We offer two delivery options for all orders placed online. Both are DHL Express Next Working Day services.

Same-day delivery service throughout the UK and some parts of Europe is available on request. Please contact the sales team prior to placing your order.

Deliveries to European destinations

All orders are shipped from the UK using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

- Next Business Day - Prices start at NZ$50.00

- Orders of NZ$158.00 or more qualify for this service Free Of Charge.

Transit time is usually 1 day; however, this can vary depending on country. Please contact the sales team if you require further information for a confirmed accurate delivery.

Worldwide Deliveries

We use DHL Express Worldwide for all our international shipping. This service is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

- Next Possible Business Day - Prices start at NZ$91.00

- Orders of NZ$451.00 or more qualify for this service free of charge.

Account Orders

Extra delivery options are available for 30-day credit account holders.

- Pre-9am, Pre-12pm and Saturday delivery options with DHL Express. *

Returns

Damage in transit

On rare occasions, an item may unfortunately be damaged during transit. Please notify us on receipt, or as soon as possible thereafter. We will arrange collection of the damaged product and for a new product to be dispatched to your address.

Faulty products

If a product develops a fault and it is still under warranty, we will arrange collection of the faulty product and dispatch a replacement from stock without delay.
